How I work with you

My working methodology

Here’s the general walkthrough of how we will work together on your next copywriting, voice-over or content creation project.

1. Get in touch with me

Either send me a message from my contact form or book a 15-minute discovery call with me.

I’ll then invite you to fill out a client briefing form that digs deeper into your business.

You can expect questions such as:

Who is your target market?
What are the objectives of your project?
What timeframes do you have in mind?

2. Proposal

I’ll then send you a proposal for the work involved.

It also includes the quote, timelines, and a revision schedule.

3. Invoice

After you accept the proposal, I’ll send you an invoice for the 50% kick-off fee.

Once that has been paid your work can begin!

4. Drafts

I’ll send you the first draft and the revision process will start.

All of my projects include two free rounds of revisions and professional proofreading. Find out more information about my terms and conditions.

5. Completion

The remaining 50% of the project fee will be paid within 14 days of the first draft.

Your project is then complete and you get to enjoy the fruits of our collaboration.

Note: Copyright remains with Bec Djapovic Creative until the final invoice is paid.
